CTR15 open-air DTH drill rig is a new-type rock drilling equipment well-designed aimed at the demand of large-scale open-pit mine based on the experience of the company on development and production of down-the-hole drill rig for many years. The travelling, propulsion, rotation and angle adjustment of the drill rig are driven by hydraulic pressure and the power is strong; it is equipped with high-air pressure screw head and high-air pressure air hammer, with high rock drilling efficiency; It is equipped with hydraulic dry dust collector to collect the dust, so as to reduce the pollution to the environment. It is also equipped with hydraulic rod unloading mechanism to unload the drill rod, floating connector to protect thread of drill rod, automatic rod loading and unloading device to reduce the labor strength, air conditioning cab to provide comfort working environment and automatic-controlled anti-jamming valve to reduce jamming probability of drilling tools.
